4. Prohibited Activities

All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Twigbundling or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Twigbundling. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our services, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.

6. User-Generated Content

Our services may allow users to submit, post, or transmit content, including but not limited to comments, feedback, and other materials (collectively, "User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Twigbundling a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the User-Generated Content is accurate, not confidential, and does not violate any contractual restrictions or third-party rights. Twigbundling is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinion contained in such content.

Twigbundling reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any User-Generated Content for any or no reason at our sole discretion. We have no obligation to monitor User-Generated Content, but we may do so at our discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the services in accordance with the pricing plan you select. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

Twigbundling reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the services, and your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if your payment is not received on time.

8. Service Modifications

Twigbundling reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Twigbundling will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Twigbundling, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, or assigns be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

In no event shall Twigbundling’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Twigbundling’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or Twigbundling. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Twigbundling may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
